Adoration Convent (St. Joseph’s Adoration Convent):

St.Joseph’s Adoration Convent at Athirampuzha was erected on 18th May 1919, initiated for perpetual worship of Eucharist and for the uplift of women at Athirampuzha especially for women education. St. Mary’s LP School is an esteemed institution run by rev. Sisters. There are about 30 members residing here and rendering the task God has bequeathed them. This convent also witnessed to the living of a saintly nun who is none other than Mother Mary Francesca de Chantal whose tomb in the convent has become a place of miracles and healings.

Snehagiri Missionary Sisters (Abro Bhavan) and old Age Home:

The Snehagiri Missionary Sisters (SMS), is a religious community of the Syro Malabar Church with the specific charism of witnessing the compassionate love of Jesus Christ among the poor relinquished and the abandoned. Abro bhavan, the SMS institution at Athirampuzha, was established on 24th May 2008 to look after the abandoned and the destitute aged. Now 25 elderly women are cared here unmindful of cast and creed.
